Protest Potluck3/9/2025 at 4 p.m.Organizer: Brattleboro Area Action Centre Congregational Church, 193 Main St. Brattleboro |
|
| Bring a dish, bring your concerns, bring your ideas, bring your neighbors. It’s important to build community in the face of these chaotic and dangerous times. We are hungry to connect with each other, discuss and make plans for the future. Come feed both that hunger and your appetite—bring a dish to share. We are growing a coalition of neighbors across the political spectrum. Come share food and strategize: we are ALL affected by the drastic and harmful policies coming out of Washington. Join us to brainstorm action steps and mutual aid.

Rally to Protect USPS from Privatization3/23/2025 at 3 p.m.Organizer: NALC Branch 37 with NALC nationally. Brattleboro Post Office- 204 Main Street The United States Postal Service is a public service that is able to be utilized by everyone in the nation. Protecting it is a completely non partisan issue. In fact, rural areas like our region stand to be impacted the most by any moves towards privatization.
If you are a union member, if you rely on the Postal Service to receive free speech information and news, if you believe in the power of the United States Constitution to guide an ever-improving nation, if you think it’s important for veterans to be given useful employment in civil service, if you use your post office as a community gathering place in your small town, or if you like being able to send a birthday card to your grandchild who lives 2,000 miles away for less than a dollar, please show up to support this unique institution.
